Ten MLPLBA members introduced forty guests to the sport of Bowls at the Open House on Sunday, May 25, 2014. This was the largest guest turnout in recent years. Our next Open House is scheduled for Friday, June 20, 2014 from 5-9 pm.
Our previously scheduled Open House for Friday, June 14 is cancelled. If you are interested in lawn bowling there are many opportunities to give it a try. See our Try-it schedule or talk to a club member.
Please join us for a night of socialization and skills training with your fellow Milwaukee Lawn Bowls club members on Friday, July 18. Please join us on Sunday June 7 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm for our Bowls-Croquet Mixer event! Learn how to play croquet with the croquet club and help explain lawn bowls to members of croquet. An hour of croquet and an hour of lawn bowls. Meet each club’s members, learn a new sport and socialize together!
Our club has been approached by BUSA regarding various club trainings for Coaches/Instructors and Intermediate Players. The following trainings will be offered for free to interested members.
