2013 Playdowns – Women’s Pairs
This past weekend Milwaukee bowlers Anna Witt and Rebecca Nguyen emerged as winners of Women’s Pairs Playdowns and will represent the Central Division in the US National Championships in Arcadia California October 16-20. This annual event is competition amongst bowlers who represent Bowls USA’s seven divisions. Congratulations and best of luck to Anna and Rebecca.
US Lawn Bowls Championships Day 3 – Rough Day on the Greens

Stuart Club Pairs Winners
16 Milwaukee bowlers competed in the club’s 2013 Pairs Tournament Saturday August 3rd. Pairs teams of men and women bowled together. Three-bowl pairs game debuts in Milwaukee
The Stuart Club Pairs Tournament on Saturday, August 2 featured games of 3-bowl pairs, a first at the Milwaukee Lake Park greens. Steven Nelson organized the tournament. 13 players participated. Coming in first place were Carl Landgren and Rob Behncke. Second place went to Tom Vanderbilt and Pat Mueller/Max Cavender.
