Memorial Day Weekend Blind Pairs Tournament
We had 16 entrants. The winning team was Jim Grzybowski (skip) and Jerry Mathwig (lead), defeating Crandall Hays (skip) and Min Waite (lead). After the winning team, each player was ranked according to wins and plus points. Crandall finished third, Min fourth, Brian Schieble fifth, and Carl Landgren sixth.

2013 Playdowns – Women’s Singles
This past weekend Milwaukee bowler Pat Wimmer emerged as the winner of Women’s Singles Playdowns and will represent the Central Division in the US National Championships in Arcadia California October 16-20. This annual event is competition amongst bowlers who represent Bowls USA’s seven divisions. Congratulations and best of luck to Pat.
Team Nelson/Landgren Win 2013 Central Division Open Pairs
The Milwaukee Lake Park Lawn Bowling Association hosted the 2013 Central Division Open Pairs Tournament July 13-14. Congratulations to Men’s Pairs tournament winners: 1st place Steve Nelson / Carl Landgren (pictured), 2nd place Bob Schneider/Paul Legwinski, 3rd place Jimmie Wolterman/Jeff Wolterman. Club Triples Tournament
Twenty-six club bowlers participated in the club’s triples tournament Saturday June 11th. Triples teams were determined from those who signed up and assigned by tournament directors Steve and Alice Sedgwick.
