MLPLBA hosted the Butler Blind Pairs tournament over Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 23, 2015. It was a beautiful sunny day on the greens with temps in the upper 60s and cool winds. Potlicker Pairs Results
Our annual Potlicker took place Sat and Sun June 7-8. A spirited full round robin was played with 8 pairs teams playing 7 matches over two days and congratulations are in order to the following: Thank you to tournament director, Jim Grzybowski and to Jim and Bob Schneider and Nick Schneider for preparing our green.
Three-bowl pairs game debuts in Milwaukee
The Stuart Club Pairs Tournament on Saturday, August 2 featured games of 3-bowl pairs, a first at the Milwaukee Lake Park greens. Steven Nelson organized the tournament. 13 players participated. Coming in first place were Carl Landgren and Rob Behncke. Second place went to Tom Vanderbilt and Pat Mueller/Max Cavender.
