Format & Schedule
A Blend of Round-Robin & Knockout Excitement!
Phase 1: Round-Robin Pool Play (June 15th – End of July)
- Seeding: To ensure balanced pools, teams will be seeded by perceived strength into two pools (Pool A and Pool B) by the Tournament Director.
- Play Everyone in Your Pool: Within your designated pool, you’ll play one match against every other team.
- Flexible Scheduling: Here’s the great part – you and your opponents will schedule your pool play matches IN ANY ORDER, at mutually agreed-upon dates and times. All pool matches must be completed by the end of July.
- Points System:
- Win = 2 points
- Tie = 1 point
- Loss = 0 points
Phase 2: The Championship Stage!
- Advancement: The top two teams from each pool (based on accumulated points) will advance to the thrilling double-elimination Championship Stage!
- Adaptable Format: We’re aiming for a great turnout (10-12 teams would be fantastic, but the more the merrier!). Depending on the final number of registered teams, we might get creative with the knockout stage structure to ensure maximum play and enjoyment for everyone.
- Championship Matches: This stage will feature semi-finals and a grand final. To keep things decisive, matches in the Championship Stage cannot end in a tie. If a match is tied after the regulation number of ends, an extra end will be played to determine the winner. We will also have matches to determine the top three finishers.
Why You Should Join!

- Meet New People: Pair up with members you may not have bowled with before.
- Enjoy Friendly Competition: Test your skills in a fun and supportive environment.
