This past weekend Milwaukee bowler Steve Nelson emerged as the winner of Men’s Singles Playdowns and will represent the Central Division in the US National Championships in Arcadia California October 16-20. Three-bowl pairs game debuts in Milwaukee
The Stuart Club Pairs Tournament on Saturday, August 2 featured games of 3-bowl pairs, a first at the Milwaukee Lake Park greens. Steven Nelson organized the tournament. 13 players participated. Coming in first place were Carl Landgren and Rob Behncke. Second place went to Tom Vanderbilt and Pat Mueller/Max Cavender.
